French Foodies Love Weekends

French foodies love weekends for visiting local farmers markets. Buying veggies locally guarantees quality and freshness vs. buying in large grocery stores. Walking past yellow, purple and red peppers. Past deep dark purple eggplants and jumbo sweet onions. Zucchini just waiting to be sauteed. Wait,  I think this is the makings of a "ratatouille". Which is one of my favs.  Don't forget the baguette.
