They Can Be Black or Green....Olives......


  I love visiting the French Markets. Just walking around and chatting with the vendors. Seeing the many varieties of  food and their wares. This includes olives and the different uses such as shampoo, and soaps.  One of the benefits in limited amounts of eating olives they can increase your HDL or good blood cholesterol. Study's have shown that heart disease is lower in Mediterranean countries, where olives are an everyday staple. Still they should be eaten in moderation because olive oil can be 125 calories per tbs.
