The Eiffel Tower is one of the worlds most recognized structures. It doesn't matter what time of year you visit Paris. The Eiffel Tower is a presence that it will be amazing no matter what. I was there the end of May and it was kinda quiet, no crazy lines. Try night time when it is all light up.
